Absolutely horrible experience. I travel for work and stay in many hotels, and I can say with absolute certainty that this has been the worst stay experience I have ever had. There is never any staff around and I've waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes on numerous occasions ringing the bell and using the lobby phone to try to make contact with a staff member. When you use the phone however, nobody answers. I was locked out of my room all day because my key wasn't working and I couldn't get a hold of anybody to reset it. Was planning on staying at this hotel for an extended period of time while working in this area but can say that is not going to happen.
I myself haven't stayed here, but my boyfriend's mom did this past weekend. She was there due to a confrontation that went wrong...enough to get the police involved. Needless to say not only did the employees at this hotel treat her like a queen in general, they carried her bags in for her, made sure had everything she needed, and didn't charge her for the night (again, due to what happrned to my boyfriend's mom that night). So glad to know she was in good hands that night. Big thank you to each and everyone that works there!!
Dont stay there! I dont even know where to begin. As a person who lives in long prairie, this place puts our town to shame. My family stayed there 1 night and got ripped off. We were quoted $78 on the phone, when we got there i was checked in by a minor. There was never a sign of an adult there. I was charged $95! We were the only people in the whole place! The room was outdated and smelled musty. The toilet hadbt been flushed from whoever was in there before. They puWeus next door to a room that had a light on and the door was cracked so im assuming the 14 yr old girl was staying thetr with the other little girl i had seen. I asked if they had laundry and they she said "yea..no..yea but not for people who stat here" i asked for a snack or soda machine, they dont have one. Only 2 towels for 4 people. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The plug part of the drain was missing so had to plug it with a towel. "Breakfast" consisted of milk that expired 9 days ago. Some stale rasin bran and some bottom of the bag unknown cereal and a loaf of bread to make toast. The next morning i went to the desk to get my receipt and it was latibg on the counter with all of my information on it. I looked aroynd a seen a guy passed out on the lobby chair, i tried to get his attention by saying excuse me over and over louder. I rang tge bell at the desk thinking someone else would come out..nope. I picked up the Lobby phone to call for assistance, the guy passed out had the other phone on him and it rang suoer loud and he didnt budge. At this point i thought he was dead. I got my husband and he tried as well. He seemed to be passed out on heroin. He was sucked up and dark circles under eyes. Please dont stay there.
Crappy run down shadey place! Good place to find ex cons and drug dealers! Bed bugs and crappy rooms
Not good. I called to book a room and their phone was very bad cutting in and out. Asked if they had a business rate and she said "oh, no". Told her I would call right back due to the bad connection to book the room and they apparently took the phone off the hook. Tried for about 20 minutes before booking a nicer hotel the next town over.
