Every DQ that my wife and I have visited in the past 9 months have been able and willing to add fudge to the middle of her Blizzard - like a royal Blizzard. Not only did the older lady decline that request and state it's against Dairy Queen policy, she proceeded to add the hot fudge to my Blizzard that doesn't have fudge as a filling!
Very slow service poorly managed
I have never had a good visit here. This last visit took the cake. Had to wait for food then tried my shake and it didn't taste right. Finally figured out that there wasn't enough strawberry flavor in it. I threw half of it away but really, how can you screw up a strawberry shake?
On top of the blatant lie and order screw up, the service took forever. We had 2 Blizzards, 2ice cream cones and it took over 10 minutes with no one else in the entire store/drive-through.
Fresh food, not too greasy. Clean lobby. Friendly staff.
